Giving
In most cases you will know the person to whom you are helping. In those cases in which you would like to help someone unknown to you, there is a forum called Requests For Help. For directions on use, see the forum Directions On Use of Forum
Help Streams In both cases, you will go into the forum entitled 'Help Streams', open a new link, and put in your name or a username/penname, the amount you are giving and the name or penname of the person receiving. You may use any wording you wish. The receiver will go to your comment and open a new (sub) post/comment and indicate that he has agreed to receive the money, his email address or where [s]he can be contacted, the use to which it will be put, and within what time it will be passed on to someone else. When money received is passed to a new person, the receiver will find post indicating receipt, will open up a new sub post/comment, and act as the giver. How the money initially received should be added at this point. The posting must be done within the original stream, even if the sum given is greater than the amount initially received. Opening up a totally new stream is reserved only to those who are giving money, no part of which was received. See the forum Directions On Use of Forum for particulars and any updates instructions.
