A new approach to helping people in need

Description
This is person to person financial help. One person will give money to another who desperately needs it for one reason or another, and that person promises to pass it on, after a reasonable time, to someone else in need. This is the basic idea and can be done anywhere, anytime and does not involve a third party.
The power of this is the promise to pass on the money which we believe most people will fulfill.
How it works
1. A person gives the equivalent amount of $25 or more in local currency to another person who is in need.
2. The person receiving the money gives back a name or username/pen

name for themselves, and promises to pass the money on to someone else plus 10% within a reasonable agreed upon period of time. The money may be passed on in parts during the time but never less than an amount equal to $25. When passing the money on to someone else, you become the giver and should use the number and name submitted when you received the money.
3. All transactions between giver and receiver are carried out in the forum under Help Streams. For details, see More Information to left.
